Frank Hegedus has been doing interim ministry off and on since 1987, and as of 2009 has served ten Episcopal parishes in four dioceses in this capacity. He has also been rector of a parish. His varied background in ministry, counseling, teaching, business, human resources, and management make him an ideal candidate for churches facing an array of pastoral and organizational issues during the transition between rectors. He also holds the Professional Transition Specialist [PTS] designation from the Interim Ministry Network.
Frank's approach is eclectic: No one solution fits all needs and problems. And, his philosophy is simple: Find the need and fill it, with God’s help. He is a good collaborator and communicator, and enjoys working closely with vestry and others in leadership positions to further the work of the Kingdom. He has served small as well as large, multi-staff parishes, and treasures each. His degrees include: BA, MA, MBA, and DMin. Email Frank Hegedus |
